Charles Street Gardens Earth Day Celebration/Plant Sale

Behind the public library, near the corner of Charles St. and Olive Ave.Organically-grown plants, raised in Sunnyvale by the Charles Street Gardeners. Stock up on heirloom tomatoes, basil and other herbs, squash, celery, and other vegetables, berries, perennials, flowers, groundcovers, and more.Tour our community garden for ideas and inspiration.Special seed-planting class for kids!Master Gardeners will be on hand all day to answer your questions. They will also teach "Gardens of Natural Wonder: How to Attract Beneficial Birds, Bees, and Butterflies" from 1-3 PM.Plants are available for a tax-deductible suggested donation. All proceeds benefit the Charles Street Gardens, Sunnyvale's organic, volunteer-run community garden.
