Acterra's Green@Home program is training volunteers to help prevent global warming and 
help our neighbors save on their energy bills.You can sign up for a two-part session:Wed. November 12 AND November 19, 6:15 - 9:45 pm in Palo AltoYou'll learn hands-on skills, including how to-- install a retractable clothesline-- optimize the temperature of a water heater and refrigerator-- install low-flow shower heads and faucet flow restrictors-- pump up car tires-- add gaskets to sockets to prevent air leakageAND how to carry out a nine-point home energy audit !After training, Acterra staff will handle all the details ofscheduling FREE HouseCalls to people who request an audit in yourcommunity.If you would like to volunteer or are interested in a FREE Green@Home
